Do you have cravings of bhel, pani poori and you wish if you would have mint leaves for that yummy green chutney or you wish to have with samosas which you have prepared unplanned but your pantry is missing with mint leaves. Don't worry here are some ways to store mint leaves so that you will never run out of stock for mint leaves.
#Method 1: Mint chutney
- Take a mixer grinder and add handful of mint leaves,ginger half inch , 2 tablespoon of curd, 3-4 green chillies, salt.
- Grind all the ingredients into paste and transfer this into clean and dry container.
- You can easily store this chutney in fridge for a week.
#Method 2: Ice cubes
- Wash mint leaves place 2-3 leaves in ice cube container with water.
- Whenever you need use the ice cubes.
#Method 3: Dried mint
- Properly wash mint leaves
- Using clean kitchen towel or any clean cotton cloth remove all moisture content from leaves
- Let leaves dry for 2-3 days.
( Note: do not keep them in sun light)
- Store the leaves in air tight container.
