#Method 1: Peeled garlic

- Peel the garlic and store it in air tight container.
- You can easily store and use this garlic for weeks


#Method 2: Sun dried garlic

- Peel the garlic and roughly chop it in chopper or with knife.
- Now keep peeled garlic in sun light till it completely dries
- Once it is completely dried store it in air tight container.
- You can now get garlic any time
